We harness the power of Machine Learning and Geo-computations for Global Good, enabling and accelerating organizations in producing analysis-ready & decision-ready data. We are enthusiastic contributors of the Open Source Community, promoting and implementing the FAIR principles for data sharing.

Our Missions

PROMOTE OPEN SOURCE & OPEN DATA
We help create and maintain communities that identify, promote and adopts best practices for the analysis of spatial and temporal data, and the distribution of derived products. We actively contribute and promote the production,  validation, sharing and use of Open Geospatial Data (based on the Open Knowledge Foundation licenses) and Open Source Software.

SUPPORT DECISION MAKERS
We provide all users (governmental and non-governmental organizations,private sector companies and the general public) with easily accessible,reproducible and trustworthy data to promote trust in information, so that iteventually catalyze the path to optimal decision making.

EMPOWER OPEN SOURCE MAKERS
We help researchers grow by connecting them with peer networks, improving their programming skills, and making their research more open and reproducible. We especially encourage and empower under-represented researchers (e.g. those from ODA-recipient countries and female researchers) through public and on-demand educational content.

PROMOTE BEST PRACTICES
We promote and actively support the production, sharing and use of Open GeoData (based on the Open Knowledge Foundation licenses). We provide platforms, tools, standards and training to encourage and support Open Geodata and reproducible research shared using open web services and open standards.
