The University of Huddersfield has recently been awarded the prestigious award of Entrepreneurial University of the Year at the Times Higher Education Awards 2012. The University is also in the top 10 in England for teaching excellence* and is ranked in the top 10 nationally for undergraduate and postgraduate employability, student placements in industry and the number of student and graduate businesses supported. The University continues to invest in our campus to ensure our students have access to the best possible facilities. In 2014, we’ll open our new £22.5m Learning and Leisure Centre which will provide students and staff with a unique hub which will combine easier access to library, computing, sport, leisure, eating, social and meeting facilities.
