Project Manager/PHD Position in Production Management

We specialize in industrial order fulfillment, production planning and control (PPC), and the implementation of business applications such as ERP and MES. Our expertise extends to understanding the interconnectedness of material and information flows in supply chain management beyond company boundaries.

Your tasks:

• Leading, managing and acquiring consulting projects in the industry
• Collaborating on and managing application-oriented research projects in national and international consortia
• Developing new consulting approaches and identifying future-oriented research topics
• Co-organizing and carrying out congresses and training courses for specialists and managers from the industry
• Supervising and supporting student assistants

Your profile:

• Above-average degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Curious and creative mind with the ability to think analytically and strategically
• Proactivity characterizes you, alongside a high degree of self-motivation and resilience
• Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities 
• Full proficiency in written and spoken English, working knowledge of German is considered an asset
